A Second Life through the eyes of Aina Kujisawa

Day 1 – Inventory sorting, drama and meeting an idol.

Posted by Aina Kujisawa on February 4, 2010

I know that you’ve all probably seen too much of this whole 365Days of SL thing, but I like it. It makes me want to carry on and keep pushing until I reach my 1st rezday (hopefully by then there’ll be another project for me to start) and it just helps to, not only improve my photography skills, but explore what Second Life has to offer.

Today I spent most of my time sorting out my inventory. 8 Hours of extreme work left me with a completely clean, purged and organised inventory. I hated it, but now it’s finished I’m so pleased with myself. I can now fill it with as much junk as I want.

From this point of view, I see a lot of things (and I dont really mean from my position here on this flower). I am a serial commenter and general nosey noo noo and I see a lot of things going on. I tend not to have been in SL long enough to be part of any cliques or friendship groups, but Plurk gives you a good sense of things that are going on in them. I have seen some worrying things lately happening within the community. I can’t talk as I’m still classed as a n00b, but all this drama is unfair. There is no need for it. I think it’s stupid how people think that, because they’re behind a computer screen they can act all high an mighty because they only see the other person as pixels without a brain or a soul; they are wrong. We’re all people, whether we like to admit it or not, and we all have to live in this world. Would you really behave like that in the real world? If you would then you need to get back into highschool and sort yourself out.

I suppose, I want to end this post on a high-note, what with all the anomosity in the air.

I was walking around a sim, looking for places to take pictures and look who I bumped into

I had a fangirl moment and did not know what to do with myself. I really wished I’d put on my lucky panties today! He did, however, agree to pose with me for a photo for the blog. THANK YOU JOHNNY DEPP, WE LOVE YOU!
